Reviews

When it comes to reviews, we find them to be absolutely vital part of our business, it may well be you that has to depend on how we act or respond to any review. Hence we would like all guests to leave a review, if you would consider this, then please do so as we appreciate your opinion on all of our services we have provided during your stay.

However, concerning negative views, we do like to hear it from the person instead of written or online, the reason behind this is to try and get a full description of the problem so then it can be investigated, and addressed. There is little that can be put right for you after the event. The management will then take appropriate action where and when needed.

If you wish to create a review online these are the following websites we are on :-

Facebook, Expedia, Trip Advisor, Laterooms and Top Rooms

Alternatively we provide a review sheet in the welcoming pack which you can complete during your stay, while issues may be fresh in your mind. Please take a moment to praise any member of Staff who you believe has stood out we believe in recognition for those that offer that bit more.
